2. Shipping: Handing over packaged order to courier service

3. UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

3.1 Standard Delivery:

• Cost: £2.00 (all order values)
• Service: Evri courier service
• Delivery time: 3-5 working days after dispatch
• Suitable for: Non-urgent orders

3.2 Express Delivery:

• Orders up to £30: £8.00
• Orders £30 and over: £2.00
• Service: Parcelforce or UPS
• Delivery time: 1-2 working days after dispatch

3.3 Important Express Delivery Note:

• Even with next-day delivery, we still require up to 5 working days to make your candles
• Express shipping only affects transit time, not production time

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• All international orders shipped on DDU (Duty Unpaid) terms
• Customer responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees

4.2 EU Shipping:

• Orders may be processed through O&K Trading Group SIA (Latvia)
• VAT handling varies by destination country
• Delivery times: 5-10 working days after dispatch

4.3 Worldwide Shipping:

• Available to most international destinations
• Delivery times: 7-14 working days after dispatch
• Customs clearance may cause additional delays
