• Items damaged by customer misuse
• Products used or burned (even partially)

3. RETURN PROCESS

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Use the same email address used for your original purchase

3.2 Return Authorization:

• We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
• If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
• Print the label at home or at your nearest parcel shop

3.3 Packaging and Shipping:

• Pack items securely in original packaging
• Attach the return label provided
• Drop off at designated parcel shop or collection point
• Tracking details will be provided via email

4. REFUNDS

4.1 Processing Time:

• Refunds processed within 5 working days after we receive your return
• Credit applied to your original payment method
• Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

4.2 Refund Amounts:

• Full refund: For defective or damaged items (we cover return shipping)
• Partial refund: Product cost minus original shipping charges (for change of mind returns)

4.3 Missing Refunds:

• Return unwanted items for refund, then place a new order

• Contact us immediately upon receiving damaged goods

6. GIFT RETURNS

• Items marked as gifts receive gift credit for return value
